Wow! Who knew the word 'green' would be such a contentious issue ;0)
But looking at the round up below for this months We Should Cocoa Challenge it would seem everyone has triumphed and come up with some pretty fantastic entries. Thanks, as always to everyone who has taken part, and don't forget to head over to my partner in chocolate Choclette's Chocolate Log Blog tomrrow to find out what April holds for us all.
So lets get started ...
Mint and Chocolate Ice Cream from Gloria at Canela Kitchen
Pistachio Chocolate Ripple Cake from Suelle over at Mainly Baking
Mint Hot Chocolate (always a winner with me!) from Fabulicious Food
A Dinosaur Birthday Cake from Green Gourmet Giraffe - Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Time for a Crocodile Chocolate Cake from Hungry Hinny = WOW!
Mint Patties from Dom at Belleau Kitchen
Grasshopper Squares from Me!
Daifuk Mochi (with variations in Green Tea, Dark Chocolate and White Chocolate) from Tales Of Pigling Bland
Molten Mint Meringues (OMG!!!!) from A Little Bit Of Heaven On A Plate
Chocolate and Gooseberry Sponge from Janice at Farmersgirl Kitchen
Pandan Chocolate Chip Cookies a genius entry from Yummy Choo Eats
Mint Chocolate Cupcakes (caterpillar's optional!) from Sharky Oven Gloves
Parcel Cake from Caroline Makes - stunning!
And despite all the little fits that the linky decided to throw along the way, it seems we have managed to capture everyone - woo hoo ;0)
Just a quick note though, if you don't see your post in this round up its because the entry doesn't fit with this month's theme for We Should Cocoa. For full rules please read this.
Late entry! These lovely Mint Chocolate Macaron's are from What Kate Baked.
And just one more. The KitchenMaid used rhubarb (wish I had thought of that) as her green element and came up with White Chocolate and Rhubarb Cakes.

ReplyDeleteFabulous entries, I still think mine looks dull in comparison to all the others!
ReplyDeleteNot at all ... and you were the only one genius enough to think of using gooseberries as your green element. Kudos to you ;0)
DeleteExcellent round up and some great ideas. I'd happily eat the lot. I'm deeply miffed that I couldn't get enough kitchen time to enter this month. Fingers crossed for next time.
